Account Information

Do I have to create an account?

Yes, a Mississippi River Glass wholesale account is required to place an order with us. Please fill out our account request form on site or contact us to apply for a log in. You will receive a log in code once approved. Company and contact information is required.

What is required to create an account?

We need your basic business information in order to create an account.

You will need to be able to prove you are a licensed seller and provide necessary tax, shipping, and business information.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. You will need the log in code to access the 'forgot password' link. If you have lost the log in code, please contact us. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

FAQ & Shipping Information

Can I return my order?

As it stands, we do not currently accept returns aside from extenuating circumstances due to the wholesale nature of our business. Please reach out to us if you have any issue with your order whatsoever.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping, handling, and crate charges are all inclusive in our wholesale pricing. There is no charge for shipping, handling, or crate charges for these orders. This does not include distributors who place orders on discounted pricing. Please reach out to us for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally. We ship domestically in the Unites States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email or reach out to our sales representative. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.

If for some reason you have not received your tracking information after 3-5 business days, please contact us.

Do you offer preordering or custom orders?

We are currently in the process of setting up a system for preorders. Please follow our newsletter for more updates.
