Account

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes, a Mississippi River Glass wholesale account is required to place an order with us. Please fill out our account request form on site or contact us to apply for a log in. You will receive a log in code once approved. Company and contact information is required.

What is required to create an account?

We need your basic business information in order to create an account.

You will need to be able to prove you are a licensed seller and provide necessary tax, shipping, and business information.

I applied for an account. Now what?

Once you have submitted your Account Request, our team will review the form provided and reach out to you if we require more information. This process will take up to 1 business day.

Orders

Why does my order need to be reviewed?

This is mostly due to shipping. Rates and methods vary by product. There is a review process to ensure the best experience and value for our customers.

How long does it take for my order to be reviewed?

We ask for two business days for us to review the order and make any necessary adjustments or to notify you, the customer of any changes.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please use our contact form or reach out to our sales representative Dave at dgrimm@mississippiriverglass.com right away. We will see what is still possible.

Can I return my order?

As it stands, we do not currently accept returns aside from extenuating circumstances due to the wholesale nature of our business. Please reach out to us if you have any issue with your order whatsoever.

Do you offer preordering or custom orders?

Is there free shipping?

Currently we do not provide free shipping.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.

If for some reason you have not received your tracking information after 3-5 business days, please contact us.
